facilitate the design, development and operationalization of new and innovative technologies and adoption approaches.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Policy Period- <\/strong>The Policy shall be applicable for the period of 5 years from August 2022<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incentives for RE developers&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Government Land <\/strong>shall be provided on concessional rate (rebate of 50% on circle rate) to developers.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>50% reimbursement<\/strong> on <strong>stamp duty<\/strong> on purchase of private land for the project shall be available to developers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Projects shall be completely exempted from paying the <strong>Electricity Duty<\/strong> for period of <strong>10 years.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Projects shall be completely exempted from <strong>Energy Development Cess<\/strong> for power supplied by renewable energy for a period of <strong>10 years from the COD<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Projects shall be<strong> provided 50% waiver on wheeling charges <\/strong>for a period of <strong>5 years<\/strong> shall be extended as approved by MPERC from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Incentive for renewable energy sourced Energy Storage project<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Government Land <\/strong>shall be provided on <strong>concessional rate<\/strong> (rebate of 15% on circle rate) to developers.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Projects shall be exempted from payment of 20% of registration cum facilitation fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Developers shall be provided 15% reimbursement on stamp duty on purchase of private land<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Projects shall be exempted from payment of <strong>electricity duty for 10 years<\/strong> from date of COD, towards storage of electrical energy and supply to Distribution Licensee\/ Third party \/ Captive purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Incentives for RE equipment manufacturers and production of Green Hydrogen <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Eligible units can avail benefits as per the State\u2019s MSME\/Industrial Promotion Policy.<\/p>\n<p>Additional Incentives for RE Manufacturing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>100% reimbursement on stamp duty on purchase of private
